Selectmen's Minutes - October 30, 1990
October 30, 1990     Present:  Judith A. Murdoch, V. Chair

Motion by Fasci, 2nd Vess, to give permission to Rose Bartlett and the Conservation Commission to create a Bluebird Trail on the Smith-Nawazelski property and to install Bluebird houses at various points on the trail.  Voted unanimously.

On motion by Mr. Crowley and 2nd Fasci, Board voted unanimously for continuance of action on grievance filed by Judith Hatch, Dispatcher, until November 6, 1990 at 8:30 p.m.  Mrs. Hatch was in attendance and verbally agreed with this.  A letter will be sent to Lieutenant Williams that the Board would like his presence on the 6th as well.

Discussion held on Thomas Hall on the history and a meeting held with Atty. Susan Wall of the Atty. General's Office.  Mr. Nugent is moving forward to try to resolve the issues surrounding this building and deed restrictions.

Discussion held on Snow St..  Mr. Nugent updated the Board and explained the decision of the court as explained to him by Atty. Joel Bard.  Pam Fasci will contact Atty. Bard and will report back to the Board.

Lengthy discussion ensued with various citizens over free cash and methods of certification.

Meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m.
